Process biweekly payroll for unionized hourly employees across three provinces, reviewing timecards and pay entitlements against employment standards and collective agreements. Administer benefits, prepare employment and year-end records, respond to employee questions, maintain accurate records, and produce payroll and benefits reports.

The HACCP Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining food safety and preventive control programs in compliance with regulatory standards. They will conduct internal audits, manage non-conformances, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a culture of quality and safety throughout the facility.

Manage and grow an existing client base while actively prospecting for new business within the Metro Vancouver territory. You will be responsible for diagnosing customer needs, negotiating contracts, and providing regular reports on market trends and competitor activity.
