Maintenance Mechanic

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair bakery production equipment, packaging machinery, and facility systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance and responding to breakdowns. Document maintenance work, follow safety and food safety protocols, collaborate with production and quality teams to reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance Supervisor

Oversee daily quality assurance activities on the production floor, including inspections and compliance with SQF, Kosher, food safety, internal, and regulatory standards. Lead and coach QA, sanitation, and production staff; investigate non-conformances; manage corrective and preventive actions; support audits; analyze quality data; and drive continuous improvement across bakery lines.
