Manage day-to-day property operations and tenant relationships across the portfolio, including lease administration, tenant accounts, operating cost recoveries, reporting, and coordination of maintenance and improvement projects. Oversee vendors and occupancy matters, improve property management systems and processes, support team members, and escalate material issues to the Vice President.
