Position Available Role Title: Field Manager Role Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Manager to oversee and support the daily operations of our Janitorial and Industrial Services divisions. This leadership role is responsible for working alongside the Industrial and Janitorial Managers to manage the field operations, supporting staff, ensuring service quality, maintaining client relationships, and driving operational efficiency across multiple worksites. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, customer-focused, and experienced in leading teams in a fast-paced service environment. Location: Sudbury Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Schedule as Operational Required Duties & Responsibilities Provide guidance and support to the divisional managers for the day-to-day operations for all divisions including Janitorial, Industrial, and Labour As necessary manage scheduling, staffing, and deployment of crews and supervisors Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, within scheduled timelines and to company and client standards Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance audits Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service follow-up Provide professional and personable communication to clients to address concerns and implement timely, appropriate corrective measures to support long-term resolution and client retention Support recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of employees Work collaboratively with HR and Management for ongoing recruitment needs Monitor labour hours, productivity, and operational costs Coordinate equipment, supplies, and inventory requirements Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and client requirements Respond promptly to operational issues, client concerns, and emergency situations as needed Work collaboratively with management to support company growth and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure divisional managers and supervisors are monitoring and documenting employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, and overall performance Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to divisional managers and supervisors Complete required reports, inspections, incident documentation, and daily summary reports Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of company equipment, vehicles, and supplies Provide support as necessary with scheduling, staff coverage, and emergency callouts as required Enforce workplace Health and safety standards, including reporting hazards, incidents, or unsafe work practices. Participate in meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Other duties as assigned.
