Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. Provide excellent patient care by guiding patients through procedures, explaining post-treatment instructions, and addressing questions with professionalism and empathy. Manage patient records efficiently using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Epic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support front desk operations by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and handling patient check-in/check-out processes. Assist with digital imaging and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for restorative or orthodontic treatments. Maintain a clean and organized work environment that adheres to all safety protocols and infection control standards. *Experience* Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is required Familiarity with dental software Understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry helps ensure accurate documentation and effective communication within the team. A strong foundation in dental assisting practices combined with excellent interpersonal skills will set you up for success in this role.
