This role will ensure that clients' first interactions and impressions are positive. What You Will Do - * Provide administrative support to our team of Personal Line brokers in their day-to-day tasks * Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person or by telephone or e-mail * Maintain and update client records, including documents related to payments, claim status and incoming documents * Process renewals and endorsements * Other administrative duties as required What You Bring to the Team – * Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency * Previous customer service experience * Previous experience in an office setting is an asset * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Strong organization skills with a focus on attention to detail * Drive and motivation for personal growth About Drayden Insurance Drayden Insurance was founded in 1965 and is named after the small towns in Alberta which it was formed - Drayton Valley and Holden.
