Drayden is looking to add like-minded individuals to its growing team. We are now searching for a Temporary Account Administrator to join our Leduc branch. This is a full-time, temporary role with an end date of October 30th, with a possibility of extension. This role will ensure clients first interactions and impressions are positive. What You Will Do: * Provide administrative support to brokers * Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, by telephone, or by e-mail * Maintain and update client records, including documents related to payments, claim status, and incoming documents * Perform other clerical duties What You Bring to the Team: * Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency * 6+ months customer service experience * 6+ months office experience is an asset * Previous administrative experience in an insurance organization is a definite asset * Drive and motivation for personal growth * Interpersonal skills * Attention to detail

Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of customer service experience. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and a high level of attention to detail.
