We are now searching for an Independent Business Unit Coordinator to join our team of insurance professionals in our Stony Plain branch. What You Will Do: * Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology * Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients * Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients * Generate client referrals through community involvement and events * Follow up on client account to resolve outstanding matters * Make timely renewal calls for existing client business * Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationship with insurance providers * Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education * Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans * Providing advice to clients on insurance matters, products, and coverage’s * Resolving client concerns * Developing existing client accounts * Meeting sales and service goals What You Bring to the Team: * Ability to deliver an outstanding client experience using expert knowledge and sales skills * High school diploma * Has obtained a General Level 1 or 2 insurance license * 2+ years of industry experience * Epic experience is considered an asset

What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma and a valid General Level 1 or 2 insurance license. A minimum of 2 years of industry experience is required, with experience in Epic software considered an asset.
