What You Will Do - * Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology * Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients * Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients * Generate client referrals through community involvement and events * Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters * Make timely renewal calls for existing client business * Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers * Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education * Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans What You Bring to the Team – * Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency * Completion of General License Level 1, or willingness to obtain prior to employment * Drive and motivation for personal growth * Interpersonal skills * Attention to detail About Drayden Insurance Drayden Insurance was founded in 1965 and is named after the small towns in Alberta which it was formed - Drayton Valley and Holden. Drayden Insurance has grown since then, employing more than 200 employees in multiple locations across Alberta, while still keeping its small town, grassroots feel at the forefront.
