Drayden is looking to add like-minded individuals to its growing team. We are now searching for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team of insurance professionals in our Stony Plain branch. What You Will Do: * Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology * Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients * Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients * Generate client referrals through community involvement and events * Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters * Make timely renewal calls for existing client business * Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers * Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education * Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans What You Bring to the Team: * General Insurance License Level 1 * 3+ years of insurance related experience * Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency * Drive and motivation for personal growth * Interpersonal skills * Attention to detail

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for building client relationships and managing insurance accounts through sales and service. They will assist clients with daily needs, provide quotes, and actively up-sell products while maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge.

Candidates must hold a General Insurance License Level 1 and possess at least 3 years of relevant insurance experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong interpersonal skills and a drive for professional growth.
