This role will back up the Branch Manager during any absences and will act as key communication between the branch and administrative team in Edmonton. What You Will Do - * Provide back up support to Personal Line and Commercial Line brokers in their day-to-day tasks * Supervise the branch Account Administrator team * Develop and input employee schedule into HRIS, oversee employee timecard, fixing errors and approving hours * Run and review a variety of reports. * Process client deposits, disbursements and NSF's * Complete reconciliations of Insurance Company billing and petty cash * Participate and/or organize meetings * Other administrative duties as required What You Bring to the Team – * Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency * Previous experience with insurance or insurance brokerage * Previous supervisory experience is an asset * Organizational and time management skills are a must * Interpersonal skills * Attention to detail * Drive and motivation for personal growth About Drayden Insurance Drayden Insurance was founded in 1965 and is named after the small towns in Alberta which it was formed - Drayton Valley and Holden.
