We are currently seeking a Sales and Leasing Consultant to join Driving Force Fleet Solutions, Paramount Truck Sales at our Burlington Branch. This is a commission based role with on target earnings potential of $85,000-$125,000 per year. You bring strong communication skills, proven sales ability, and a drive to build and grow your book of business. What You’ll Do: Maintain a dynamic inventory of reconditioned, low-mileage vehicles. Establish strong customer relationships and meet specific vehicle needs. Proactively prospect, network, and generate new business within the target market. Leverage our company’s strengths in the commercial vehicle industry for networking opportunities. Oversee and organize vehicle deliveries to ensure timely pick-ups that meet customer requirements. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Arrange test drives for interested customers. What You Bring: Minimum of 2-3 years of Automotive sales experience.
