Diploma in Accounting or equivalent relevant experience; Strong knowledge of billing and basic accounting principles; Diploma in accounting, administration, or management, or equivalent relevant experience; Thoroughness and attention to detail; Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities; strong organizational skills and autonomy; Clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams; Ability to resolve disputes constructively. Challenges Awaiting You Send invoices to customers using their preferred delivery method (email, mail, portal); Respond to customer questions regarding their invoices. Escalate potential issues to the supervisor; Verify information (prices, quantities, taxes, commercial terms); Apply the required discounts, rebates, fees, penalties, or adjustments; Prepare credit notes in the event of errors or returns; Participate in month-end closings while meeting deadlines; Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices; Manage disputes involving pricing errors, discrepancies, or duplicate invoices; Perform accounts payable department tasks (processing supplier invoices and following up on account statements); Collaborate with the Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Accounting teams; Maintain a high standard of service and communication. ‎ Pourquoi se joindre à nous On est un acteur majeur, engagé dans la transformation énergétique au Canada.
