Poste de technicien (ne) en transport nolisé - Lieu: Saint Romuald, QC - Horaire :37,5 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi de 9h00 à 17h30 Notre client, une entreprise d’envergure et de renom à Lévis (Saint-Romuald) dans le domaine du transport est à la recherche d’un technicien (ne) en transport nolisé / adjoint administratif. OBLIGATOIRE: Résider au Canada et avoir un permis de travail ouvert. Effectuer la répartition des voyages nolisés auprès des conducteurs; Rédiger des rapports d’événement; Effectuer la paie du département de transport adapté; Assurer un service de qualité avec les clients. En soutien au département et selon les besoins : Soutenir ses collègues pour la planification et la gestion opérationnelle de contrats majeurs. Entrer les commandes dans le système CIS; Assurer la garde de fin de semaine en rotation (environ 1 fin de semaine sur 12); Assurer la garde 1 soirée la semaine. Requirements

A diploma in a relevant field such as administration or logistics is an asset, along with 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates should have strong computer skills, communicate very well, and have interpersonal skills suited to teamwork; they must reside in Canada and hold an open work permit.
