Windows & Doors is looking for a driven, relationship first sales professional to grow our commercial business across Western Canada. If you thrive in a long sales cycle, love the chase of a new prospect and know how to turn a blueprint into a signed contract, we want to talk to you. This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field 75% of the time - walking job sites, meeting with builders and architects and representing a product line that's a Canada's Best Managed Companies Platinum member.What you'll be doingSales (the bulk of your week) Generate high-volume, profitable sales while maximizing market penetration Build pipeline and close deals alongside the sales team Deliver in-person and virtual product tours that actually sell Prospect relentlessly and keep existing accounts warm Read and take off blueprints, and quote/order through our electronic systems Champion the full Durabuilt product line across the architectural and construction community Manage opportunities in Salesforce and coordinate smoothly with Scheduling and Installation Prepare quotes, tender proposals, RFIs, RFQs, and specification acceptance requests Pull together contract packages for executive approval - accurate and compliant, every time Customer & Sales Support Build long term, mutually beneficial relationships with builders, contractors, architects and trade organizations Represent Durabuilt at industry events, association meetings and trade shows Grow and maintain your pipeline of prospects and qualified leads Stay close to clients through the full sales cycle - including post sale and installation Review shop drawings, attend project kickoffs, and walk projects through to closeout Own your numbers: hit weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets and report on progress at team meetings What you bring 5+ years of B2B sales experience Background in Construction, Building or Development industries Product knowledge in PVC, Hollow Metal Doors, Commercial Aluminum Windows and Doors; Fiberglass knowledge is a plus Comfort reading blueprints, specs and technical documentation Experience with professional selling, business development and demand generation Intermediate to advanced MS Office and Salesforce CRM skills A track record with high level clientele and diverse, varied workforces Diploma in Business, Architectural Technology, or Construction (equivalent experience considered) Standard First Aid certification is an asset You're the kind of person who... Requirements

Requires 5+ years of B2B sales experience within the construction or building industry, specifically with knowledge of commercial windows and doors. A diploma in Business, Architectural Technology, or Construction is preferred along with proficiency in Salesforce.
