Optimize asset investments through engineering analysis, maintenance planning, asset data management, risk-based project prioritization, and coordination with internal and external partners on approvals and regulatory compliance.

Oversee tenders, contracts, utility locate programs, and standardized contract processes for Maintenance Operations, while supporting fleet services and district depots. Coordinate budgets and project funding, supervise staff, develop operational improvements, prepare reports, and engage with the public, committees, other divisions, and external agencies.
