Responsibilities Work on complex insurance defence and civil litigation matters. Experience in handling claims for private insurers (property & bodily injury) is an asset. Participate in examinations for discovery, mediations, court appearances, and trials. Develop litigation strategy, manage client relationships, and take on increasing file responsibility. Receive hands-on mentorship from experienced litigators. Collaborate with leading lawyers across Canada and DWF's global network. Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills. Familiarity with the BC Supreme Court Civil Rules and litigation procedures. Compensation Ranging from $143,000 - $175,000 depending upon year of call and experience.
