Description Position at Dynacare Key Responsibilities Responsible for supporting daily mailroom and document management activities, including scanning, filing, secure shredding, processing APS documentation and usb keys, managing the APS mailroom inbox, and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail. The role also prepares and distributes wellness and paramedical kits, supplies for health professionals, ExamOne orders, and APS cheques while ensuring activities are completed in accordance with established procedures. Technical Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and process electronic documents efficiently and accurately. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Social Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to take initiative to achieve objectives.
