Job Brief Work closely with customers and operations teams to deliver blasting solutions, support projects, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Support customers by providing technical expertise and value-added blasting solutions. Conduct customer site visits and provide technical support to ensure the safe and effective application of blasting products and services. Assess blasting practices and provide recommendations to optimize blast performance, safety, and productivity. Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs and operational challenges. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts. Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial agreements. Monitor and track blast performance metrics to support continuous improvement. Support implementation of new technologies, products, and operational initiatives. Assist with inventory management and product coordination. Promote Dyno Nobel's safety culture and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements. Promote and support the use of proactive safety tools and initiatives to strengthen personal and operational safety. Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and industry events. What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in the explosives, quarry and construction, mining, or related industries is preferred. Post-secondary education in engineering, geology, mining, or a related discipline is considered an asset. Strong relationship building and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate blasting solutions. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Experience using Microsoft Office Willingness to travel throughout Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Valid driver's license required. Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives.
