The Research Scientist will plan and execute experiments to improve Li-ion cell designs and characterize electrolyte performance. They are responsible for summarizing research data and providing technical support to both internal teams and the manufacturing center.

Perform laboratory experiments and analyze data to improve battery materials such as anodes, cathodes, and separators. Coordinate technical interactions with material suppliers and present research findings to senior leadership.
