Travel throughout the assigned territory to inspect, maintain, test, and repair industrial batteries, chargers, and related systems at customer sites, while documenting service activities and communicating findings. Maintain service equipment and inventory, build customer relationships, identify potential follow-up work and sales opportunities, and support service program development.

Manage a portfolio of 150–200 key and national accounts through regular customer visits, consultation, issue resolution, product training, and inventory and merchandising support. Develop new business through prospecting, sales planning, relationship building, and closing sales across the assigned territory.
