Eavor™ is an Alberta-based tech company that has invented a new geothermal power generation technology that overcomes all the traditional roadblocks of geothermal. We call this new highly effective green power generation system Eavor-Loop™. Our system is made with existing commercial componentry configured in a completely novel way. The EIT will model and forecast Eavor-Loop performance and design surface facilities to convert geothermal energy into heat and electricity. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize system performance and troubleshoot operating geothermal facilities.

The Engineer-in-Training will support subsurface and surface engineering teams by modeling geothermal performance, designing facility systems, and optimizing operations. They will work on international projects while receiving mentorship to develop technical solutions for closed-loop geothermal energy.

Lead the development of physics-based models and numerical solvers, focusing on computational structural mechanics and thermal-hydraulic integration. Define solver requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to validate simulation scenarios for geothermal drilling operations.

Lead the project management function for drilling technology development, focusing on charters, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. Coordinate between technical leads and external partners to maintain an integrated view of design, testing, and field demonstration.
