We're looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Lime Ridge Mall location in Hamilton, Ontario. The Assistant Store Manager works hand-in-hand with the Store Manager to maximize their store results by providing leadership and support to their team. They ensure that their team provides exceptional customer experiences so we can retain our position as Canada’s number one destination for gaming, electronics, and collectibles. To do this, in addition to attracting and retaining the best talent in retail, they must assist the Store Manager with coaching, mentoring, and developing their associates daily, thereby ensuring that they have all the necessary training and tools to be successful in their role. Building strong relationships is a must and the Assistant Store Manager must be able to assist in identifying top performers and creating plans to help them grow with the company. This position is for an existing vacancy and we are looking to fill this role immediately.
