You will support the Project Manager with key tasks on site, including planning, organizing, and coordinating project execution. Your involvement may range from negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, to proposing improvements to design standards, solving technical challenges, and supporting the implementation of efficient work methods. Monitor works daily through the technical and administrative tasks assigned to you ; Plan and oversee works coordination with foremen, surveyors, superintendents, engineers, project managers and subcontractors ; Prepare and follow up on technical issues in plans and specifications ; Prepare, monitor, analyze and manage subcontractor files ; Contribute to contract negotiations when necessary ; Contribute to project scheduling ; Obtain permits and authorizations required to carry out works ; Plan and check material orders as needed ; Follow-up on "Conflict detection" when the project is executed in BIM ; Assist, review and communicate technical questions and change requests to the customer representative and follow-up when required ; Plan, supervise and contribute to the development of appropriate construction methods and processes per contractual requirements, while respecting current health and -safety requirements ; Participate in site meetings with various project stakeholders ; Follow up and manage deficiencies at the end of the project ; Contribute to traffic management when required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering, in progress ; Relevant experience in engineering or construction is an important asset ; A driver's license and/or ability to travel may be required in some cases. open to 4 to 12 months SKILLS AND ATTITUDES REQUIRED Is versatile and adaptable ; Is a fast learner ; Respects deadlines ; Possesses strong teamwork skills.
