We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering substantial market expansion to join our organization as we continue to grow. *Job Overview* The Human Resources Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations and will be responsible for a variety of tasks across different HR functions. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle multiple responsibilities, provide excellent employee support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices and policies. * *Work Location*: In person * *Duration - *3 Months *Key responsibilities* *General Duties:* * Make a personal commitment to consistently provide superior candidate and employee experience to improve ECCO?s employer brand in the market * Maintain good working relationship with all co-workers and ECCO employees * Read and comply with ECCO?s Human Resources Policies and Procedures * Read and comply with ECCO?s Health & Safety Policies and Procedures * Assist in the success of ECCO's Safety Program with suggestions, by setting a good example, and by ensuring that safety is at the forefront of your actions while at work *Human Resources Generalist:* * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers * Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company * Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits * Address employee concerns and provide guidance on conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements * Support the performance review process by coordinating and tracking performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans * Assist in identifying training needs and organizing professional development opportunities * Assist in conducting salary surveys and job evaluations to ensure competitive compensation practices * Ensure HR practices comply with local, province/state, and federal regulations * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and prepare reports as needed * Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures * Communicate and interpret HR policies to employees and managers * Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events to promote a positive work culture * Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to recommend improvements * Utilize Dayforce (ECCO?s HRIS) to manage employee data and generate reports * Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology _Due to the dynamic nature of this Company, the duties and responsibilities may reasonably change from time to time._ *Qualifications:* * Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on HRIS administration, preferably Dayforce * 3-5 Years of experience in human resources * Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices * Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dayforce modules to meet business requirements * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and generate meaningful insights * Solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * HR cert
