Serve customers at the counter, by phone, and by email; respond to inquiries, prepare sales and rental quotes, process orders and payments, and identify opportunities for additional sales. Coordinate product pickups, returns, and transportation with operations, document transactions, support sales and administrative activities, and help prospect for new customers as needed.

Validate returned materials, inventory counts, and material transfers by comparing physical counts, transactions, and system records; investigate discrepancies and follow up with operational teams until resolved. Correct anomalies and prepare reliable information for billing, verify gatehouse movement documents, and identify process improvements to strengthen inventory accuracy.
