Qualifications: * 2-3 years experience in consultative sales, client engagement, or healthcare intake coordination preferred. * Proven ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and convert inquiries into committed clients while maintaining ethical and trauma-informed care practices. * Comfort discussing financial considerations and helping clients make decisions around private treatment investment. * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field preferred. * Medical Terminology Certification is an asset. * Deescalation and/or Suicide Prevention Certification is an asset. * Proficiency with Salesforce or similar client management systems is an asset. * Knowledge of mental health and addiction treatment modalities. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and crisis intervention skills. * Ability to navigate complex client situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion. * Familiarity with client documentation, case notes, and electronic medical records. * Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and external referral sources. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a client-centered approach. * Commitment to ethical and trauma-informed care practices.
