Position Overview Edomey is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Professional to drive business growth through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and client development. Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Regional Director or Vice President, this role works closely with regional leadership and operations teams. The Sales Professional serves as the primary liaison for account operations and is responsible for: Project management Client relationship development Quality assurance oversight Business growth and contract expansion Primary Responsibilities Manage, integrate, and oversee multiple contracts and operations Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching Identify and secure new commercial cleaning clients Recruit, train, develop, and (when necessary) terminate staff Maintain high-quality cleaning standards across all contracts Manage operational budgets and staffing costs Ensure compliance with company safety standards Strengthen internal and external client relationships Complete administrative duties and documentation in a timely manner Participate in team meetings and project management sessions Utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and internal software systems Uphold and demonstrate company core values Qualifications 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning industry Strong B2B sales and customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French Strong leadership and team-building abilities Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly organized with strong prioritization abilities Ambitious, adaptable, and motivated Reliable and career-driven Job Requirements & Details Availability 24/7 for emergencies or urgent client needs Competitive wages (industry standard) Commission structure (discussed during interview) Company-provided iPad, cell phone, and computer Benefits after 3 months Valid driver’s license required Must carry $2 million third-party liability insurance Driver’s abstract required Why Join Edomey?
