Ingénieur en automatisation – Intermédiaire ou Sénior Efficient Plant • Poste hybride (Télétravail + bureau 1x/mois pour ingénierie et développement + travail de chantier pour mises en service (Canada/US)) Efficient Plant recherche un ingénieur en automatisation (intermédiaire ou sénior) pour participer au développement, à la programmation, à l’intégration et au support de solutions d’automatisation et SCADA dans le secteur pharmaceutique. Un rôle idéal pour un ingénieur passionné par l’automatisation, les communications industrielles et les environnements technologiques modernes. Responsabilités Participer au développement, programmation, configuration et au support de systèmes SCADA Ignition et solutions Sepasoft, ainsi que Rockwell FTView SE/ME. Participer au développement, à la programmation et au support des systèmes PLC Rockwell (CompactLogix/ControlLogix). Connaissances des librairies PlantPAX. Participer au développement, à la programmation et au support de systèmes batch avec la suite de logiciels Sepasoft. Participer au développement de l’architecture de réseau. Participer au développement de la documentation GAMP (URS, DS, CS, IOQ etc…) Participer aux essais en atelier (FAT) et en usine (SAT) ainsi qu’à la qualification des équipements et systèmes. Participer à la revue de code et programmes de différents fournisseurs Participer au développement de standards de programmation SCADA et PLC. Diagnostiquer, analyser et résoudre des problèmes techniques. Participer à la mise en service en usine. Préparer et tenir à jour la documentation technique des projets. Télétravail majoritairement. Déplacements occasionnels requis pour des essais en atelier. Travail en usine pour les mises en service ; Canada ou US Compétences recherchées Connaissance pratique de Ignition, Sepasoft, Rockwell SCADA FTView, (développement HMI, scripts), programmation PLC Rockwell. Expérience avec base de données MSSQL ou autre ainsi que développement de rapports. Connaissance des protocoles industriels : Modbus, OPC UA/DA, MQTT et autres. Connaissance du domaine pharmaceutique, intégrité des données, procédés pharma (DS/DP, utilités et autres), standard GAMP V etc… Habileté à travailler sur de très gros projets avec des équipes multidisciplinaires (procédé, qualité, maintenance, personnel d’usine, ingénierie, etc.) Habilité à gérer des fournisseurs, activité, livrables, revue de code, gestion de la qualité des logiciels, gestion des versions, sauvegardes etc… Atout : expérience MES ou intégration SCADA/PLC avec MES. Atout : expérience avec un système de validation électronique, comme Kneat. Intérêts Apprendre les technologies de pointe en automatisation. Apprendre les procédés industriels pharmaceutiques. Travailler avec des gestionnaires seniors en automatisation ainsi qu’avec des spécialistes seniors de ces technologies. Mise en service et travail en chantier Profil recherché Baccalauréat en génie électrique, automatisation, informatique industrielle ou discipline connexe. 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en automatisation, SCADA, PLC ou communications industrielles. Curiosité, rigueur, capacité d’apprentissage rapide. Aisance en télétravail et excellente autonomie. Anglais requis, français un atout. Membre de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs. Responsibilities Contribute to the development, programming, configuration, and support of Ignition SCADA systems and Sepasoft solutions, as well as Rockwell FTView SE/ME. Contribute to the development, programming, and support of Rockwell PLC systems (CompactLogix/ControlLogix). Knowledge of PlantPAx libraries. Contribute to the development, programming, and support of batch systems using the Sepasoft software suite. Contribute to the development of the network architecture. Experience with MSSQL or other databases, as well as report development. Knowledge of industrial protocols: Modbus, OPC UA/DA, MQTT, and others. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical field, data integrity, pharma processes (DS/DP, utilities, and others), GAMP 5 standard, etc. Ability to work on very large projects with multidisciplinary teams (process, quality, maintenance, plant personnel, engineering, etc.). Interests Learning cutting-edge automation technologies. Learning pharmaceutical industrial processes. Working with senior automation managers and senior specialists in these technologies. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Computing, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in automation, SCADA, PLC, or industrial communications. Curiosity, rigor, and strong ability to learn quickly. Comfortable with remote work and excellent autonomy. English required, French an asset. Member of the Order of Engineers.
