Data Visualization: Develop visualizations that effectively convey complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand data needs and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Skills Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in data analysis are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role. Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights. Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
