Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chilliwack, BC. The role involves supporting day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, communicating with carriers, and ensuring delivery schedules are met. The team member will respond to customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and help resolve service issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements that enhance service quality and efficiency. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including experience in Customer Service and Customer Support. Ability to contribute to positive Customer Experience and high Customer Satisfaction. Experience working in or with Customer Service Representatives teams or similar client-facing roles. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities. Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Comfort working in a fast-paced logistics or transportation environment; prior industry experience is an asset. Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new systems. Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Chilliwack, BC.
