Division: Element Technical Services Type: Full-Time Posted: August 30, 2026 Closes: September 29, 2026 Apply Now View External Posting Job Title: Frac Operator – Element Technical Services ELEMENT TECHNICAL SERVICES Is Currently Hiring The Following Position Frac Operator – $2,000 SIGNING BONUS Benefits $2000 Signing Bonus Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package – Health and Dental available immediately upon hire RRSP matching program Fuel discount card Continuous paid training and opportunities for career growth Company provided PPE Various Responsibilities Operating various FRAC equipment such as Pumps, Iron Truck, ChemVan, Blenders Understanding of various FRAC operations including hot zone Refueling units as required Knowledgeable of and able to assist with rig-in/rig-out procedures as required Perform pre and post trip inspections on equipment operated, ensuring safety and roadworthiness Awareness of the tools and parts required on the horsepower pumps for inventory and maintenance Maintaining the fluid head/power end by changing packing valves, seats, inspecting and changing pony rod clamps, packing nuts, power end seals and plungers as needed Perform pump inspection including pony rod clamps, glad nuts, warm up preheat the unit and complete a visual check Proficient and knowledge of chemical pump sizes and rate capabilities Chemical readings including volume and loading the job program Completion of the TDG paperwork including placarding Minimum and maximum rates associated to the different sized flow meters and troubleshoot issues with the flow meters Attend pre-job safety meetings Comply with applicable legislation including safe operation, driver’s hours of service, occupational health and safety, transportation of dangerous goods, fatigue management Maintain vehicle service and repair status Maintains effective communication with co-workers Qualifications Knowledge of industry an asset Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Team player, ability to take direction, good communication skills 14 days on followed by 7 days off (14/7) rotation schedule Valid Class 1 driver license with satisfactory driving abstract Valid H2S & First Aid Certifications Element Technical Services

Requirements
Requires a valid Class 1 driver license with a satisfactory abstract and valid H2S and First Aid certifications. Candidates must be able to work a 14/7 rotation schedule and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.
