The client is a specialist source-to-pay consultancy that advises on, implements, and drives value from market-leading spend management cloud platforms. They work with procurement teams across Canada and the United States, and their consultants are trusted advisors, not just configurators. That means part of this role is helping win the next engagement: building proposals, presenting to senior executives, and spotting new opportunities. This is a direct hire role with travel up to 35% of the time within Canada and the US. It suits someone who knows procurement from the inside and wants to grow into a consulting career with both delivery and business development in the mix. What You'll Do Lead client project work and implementations, from the client action plan through delivery Bring credible, practical knowledge of procurement processes and source-to-pay solutions to every client conversation Develop formal proposals and help present them to key decision-makers Train client users on the software, then run follow-up sessions to measure how well the changes landed Find new business through lead generation, existing relationships, and partner referrals Make the case for the firm's value to senior executives and help hit annual revenue targets Keep building your own skills, mentor newer consultants, and learn from senior ones Qualifications 2+ years in a consulting or professional services environment, or in a company's procurement department 1+ years working with a market-leading source-to-pay platform such as SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, or GEP Experience leading small projects University degree or diploma in Supply Chain Operations, IT Management, Business Operations Management, International Business, or a related field Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills Able to travel up to 35% within Canada and the United States Nice to Have SAP Ariba experience (preferred) Proficiency in French and/or Spanish Why Join Us You'll join a focused team where procurement expertise is the whole point. Consultants here get close to clients, own outcomes, and see the direct line between their delivery work and the firm's growth. There's real mentorship in both directions, and a clear path for people who want to build a consulting career in spend management. If you've ever wanted to be the person who fixes procurement instead of working around it, this is worth a look. To apply, click Apply on LinkedIn and visit eliosai.com/browse-jobs
