The coordinator promotes autonomy and empowerment for adults with mental illness through person-centered services and therapeutic group work. Key duties include facilitating recovery workshops and managing daily culinary operations such as menu planning and lunch preparation.

Provide direct support to adults with brain injuries, assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and daily living activities. Administer medications according to MAP regulations and facilitate restorative skill-building activities to enhance independence.
