You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and supporting the manufacturing and certification of aircraft structures. Key Responsibilities Develop CAD models and engineering drawings for aircraft structures and mechanical systems Support structural analysis and stress teams with design inputs Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and other aerospace regulations Optimize designs for manufacturability, performance, and weight savings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support aircraft modifications and new developments Qualifications Canadian work permit Bachelor’s in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering field 5+ years of experience in aircraft structural/mechanical design Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA or similar) Knowledge of composite and metallic structure and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) Familiarity with certification and manufacturing processes Proficient in English, bonus for working knowledge of French Skills & Competencies Strong design and problem-solving abilities Understanding of mechanical system integration in aircraft applications Effective technical communication and documentation skills Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Français: Ingénieur en Conception d'Aérostructures / Mécanique Lieu : Laval / hybride (après une période d'introduction) | Début immédiat À propos du poste Elisen recherche un ingénieur en Conception d'Aérostructures / Mécanique pour le développement de composants et sous-assemblages pour aéronefs. Vous serez responsable de la conception 3D, de la création de plans, de l'optimisation et du soutien à la fabrication et à la certification des structures et systèmes mécaniques. Responsabilités principales • Développer des modèles CAO et des dessins techniques pour les structures d'aéronefs et les systèmes mécaniques • Soutenir les équipes d'analyse structurelle et de contraintes • Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations FAA, EASA et autres normes aérospatiales • Optimiser les conceptions pour la fabrication, les performances et les économies de poids • Collaborer avec les équipes multidisciplinaires pour soutenir les modifications d'aéronefs et les nouveaux développements Qualifications • Baccalauréat en Aérospatiale, Mécanique ou dans un domaine d’ingénierie connexe • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en conception de structures et systèmes mécanique d'aéronefs • Maîtrise des logiciels de CAO (SolidWorks, CATIA ou similaire) • Connaissance des structures composites et métalliques et de la cotation géométrique et tolérancement (GD&T) • Connaissance des processus de certification et de fabrication • Maîtrise de l'anglais Compétences et qualités • Solides compétences en conception et en résolution de problèmes • Compréhension de l'intégration des systèmes mécaniques dans les applications aéronautiques • Compétences en communication technique et en rédaction de documents • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement collaboratif et dynamique
