Job details

About ELITE MVMT | Rehab & Performance ELITE MVMT is a multidisciplinary rehab and performance clinic based inside a premium training facility in downtown Toronto. The gym is capacity-controlled, has some of the best equipment in the city, and has a community of members who take their training seriously. Our team brings together physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, chiropractic care, and strength & conditioning coaching under one roof, with the gym floor steps away. Clients move from treatment into loading and training with one coordinated team. We believe in high quality, client-centered care by using graded exposure and progressive overload, and we measure success by how independent and capable our clients become, not by how many visits we can book. If you believe care should get people back to training, sport, and an active life, you'll fit here. We're hiring a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to start as soon as possible. What makes us different Two ways to earn. You'll earn commission on every appointment you deliver, plus a revenue share based on coaching, and membership sales you generate. As your practice grows, your earnings grow with it. A real gym, not a back room. You'll treat steps from a fully equipped, capacity-controlled training floor, with clients who are actively training. Coach, not just treat. You'll have the option to lead small-group strength and mobility classes in the gym, for additional pay per class. It's a chance to coach, build your reputation, and be part of our training community. Many of our best client relationships start on the gym floor, not the treatment table. A true multidisciplinary team. Physiotherapists, RMTs, chiropractors, and strength coaches collaborate on shared plans of care. You'll refer to and learn from each other, not compete for the same clients. Care we can stand behind. We measure success by outcomes and independence, not visit counts. You'll never be pressured to over-book or stretch out treatment plans. Mentorship and development. You'll get direct mentorship from our clinic director, plus support for continuing education. Admin support. A dedicated clinic administrator handles scheduling, bookings, and client communication, so your time goes to clients. Room to grow. We're expanding, and we promote from within. What you'll do Provide massage therapy to athletes and active adults, with treatment that supports their training and recovery, not just relaxation. Work alongside our physiotherapists, chiropractors, and coaches, sharing notes and plans so each client gets one coordinated approach. Help clients understand how soft-tissue work fits into their training and long-term movement goals. Optionally lead small-group strength and mobility classes, helping clients bridge the gap between rehab and training. Keep documentation and billing to CMTO and PHIPA standards, including direct billing to insurers. What we're looking for Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), plus liability insurance. A belief in active care and in helping clients become less reliant on treatment over time. Strong interpersonal skills. You build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and are a genuine team player. New graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sport or performance settings is preferred. We hire for fit, then build the skills. Our clinicians are part of an active training community, not just the clinic, so a fitness or strength & conditioning background is a real asset here. If you're strong clinically but newer to S&C, we'll train you on that side. If you come from a strong S&C or coaching background and are earlier in your clinical career, we'll invest in developing your clinical skills. What we can't teach is character, so we care most about your values, your work ethic, and how you treat people. Nice to have Certifications such as CSCS or CPT, or a personal history of lifting, coaching, or competitive sport. Experience coaching group classes or leading group fitness. Experience treating a broad range of clients, from competitive athletes to people starting their fitness journey. Compensation 55-65% commission per appointment, plus revenue share based on sales performance, plus pay per class for optional group classes. How to apply Send your resume to brandon@elitemvmt.com and a short note on why you would be the right candidate for the position. Pay: $72.60-$123.50 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week Benefits: On-site gym Profit sharing Work Location: In person
