You'll work at different job sites every day, stay active, work with a crew, meet interesting customers and learn how to use professional equipment. Your work may include: Residential & commercial window cleaning Water-fed pole systems Pressure washing & exterior cleaning Holiday lighting Commercial & high-rise work Post-construction & specialty cleaning We work outdoors in almost all conditions, except for lightning and freezing temperatures. Some days are challenging, but if you like working with your hands and staying active, you'll probably enjoy it. What matters to us Reliability comes first. When someone doesn't show up, their crew must pick up the slack. If you're regularly late or calling in, this isn't the job for you. We operate a smaller winter crew, and many technicians take the winter months off. Normal day: 7:45 a.m. start, out of the shop around 8:00, back around 4:00. Some days run shorter or longer depending on the work. We hire good people. We look out for each other, celebrate wins, have some laughs and keep the workplace positive.
