About the role: Reporting to the Superintendent or Senior Lead, Maintenance, this role is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities across key mining and processing assets while supporting the end-to-end maintenance lifecycle within SAP S/4HANA. Working closely with maintenance trades, planners, supervisors, and operations personnel, the incumbent ensures the accuracy of work requests, effective coordination of resources, and the integrity of maintenance records. To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills, solid technical understanding of mining equipment and operations, proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (such as SAP), exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to perform effectively in fast paced environments while managing competing priorities. Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution is essential. Multiple opportunities are available across several EVR operations. Work locations and rotational schedules will vary depending on the assigned site and operational requirements. All positions follow day shift schedules, with rotations that may include, but are not limited to, 8x8, 7x7, or 4x4. Join us in the breathtaking Elk Valley of British Columbia. Salary Range: $123, 000 - $145,000 / year The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
