You as a Manager, Advisory will be responsible for: * Provide FM advisory support by contributing subject matter expertise in facilities management, building operations, technical services, and facilities support functions. * Develop FM frameworks including strategies, policies, procedures, standards, service delivery models, and operational improvement initiatives. * Assess operational performance through facilities service reviews, operational assessments, and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and performance. * Support performance management by developing and monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and other performance measurement tools. * Contribute to asset management activities including asset inventories, condition assessments, criticality evaluations, lifecycle planning, capital forecasting, and Asset Management Plans. * Support operational readiness and transition for new facilities through occupancy planning, commissioning support, operational procedures, staffing plans, governance documentation, and handover activities. * Provide technical services input by reviewing designs, assessing maintainability and reliability, participating in design and constructability reviews, and supporting operational investigations. * Advance sustainability and energy management through energy optimization, sustainability initiatives, decarbonization strategies, and building performance improvement programs. * Support risk, compliance, and business continuity management by participating in risk assessments, compliance reviews, emergency preparedness planning, audits, and continuity initiatives. * Deliver project and stakeholder support through project coordination, reporting, technical analyses, client engagement, stakeholder consultations, presentations, and multidisciplinary team collaboration. * The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000. Is this the right role for you? * You have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Sciences, Architecture, Asset Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. * You have minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in facilities management, building operations, maintenance management, technical services, engineering, or asset management. * You have experience supporting facilities operations, asset management programs, capital planning initiatives, or operational readiness projects. * You have experience within healthcare, institutional, municipal, commercial, industrial, transportation, or other complex facilities environments is preferred. * You have experience with Public Private Partnership (P3) and DBFM projects is considered an asset.
