This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished manufacturing leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow into a future General Manager position. The Assistant General Manager will support the leadership of two manufacturing facilities by overseeing daily operations, production targets, and employee management. They are responsible for driving operational excellence through productivity improvements, cost control, and the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Candidates must have 5–10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A strong understanding of plant operations, budget management, and Ontario Health & Safety legislation is required.
