Serve as the primary contact for assigned U.S. key accounts, maintaining regular communication, following up on customer needs, and coordinating resolution of inquiries and issues. Support customer onboarding, product launches, samples, account records, and communications while collaborating with Sales and internal departments.

Reconcile inbound and outbound inventory movements, shipments, receipts, and materials transferred to external suppliers, investigating discrepancies across ERP records, documentation, and physical movements. Maintain accurate operational records and ERP data, prepare regular reports, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve outstanding transactions and improve processes and controls.
