Manage customer orders and projects from quoting through production and delivery, coordinating schedules, priorities, and work across manufacturing and support departments. Provide customers with accurate updates, monitor scope, schedule, cost, and risks, resolve issues, and maintain project documentation and reporting.

Analyze customer 3D models, engineering drawings, and multi-level BOMs to identify manufacturability risks, cost drivers, and discrepancies, then determine production methods and estimate routings and costs. Provide customer-facing DFM recommendations and collaborate with purchasing, manufacturing engineers, and shop-floor leads to improve quote accuracy and refine estimating standards.

Develop and maintain SolidWorks designs, technical drawings, manufacturing procedures, and tooling, applying DFM/DFA principles and programming NC laser and combo machines. Validate designs through prototypes, manage BOMs and engineering changes, and collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
