Provide flexible, responsive mental health and addiction support to adults in community settings across the Waikato region. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist individuals with daily living tasks, emotional regulation, and recovery planning.

The Team Manager provides day-to-day leadership, supervision, and coaching to a multidisciplinary team of 30 staff members. They are responsible for ensuring safe, culturally responsive service delivery, managing operational tasks, and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders.
