For the Edmundston Pulp Mill, we are currently seeking a: Supervisor Fuel Yard (Production). Challenges Promote and ensure a safe work environment with employee's participation Plan, prioritize, coordinate, supervise, and review the activities in assigned areas Fuel Yard / Chipping / Ground Wood Control operational activities while respecting environmental targets Ensures that unloading of Biomass and Chips are done in a safe and efficient manor Coordinate and organize priorities effectively Continually assess operational parameters with target KPI intervals Work with operation employees to optimize costs, maintain desired quality Ensure operation stability Training and development of team members Profile Committed to top performance in a safe work environment Demonstrated ability to lead a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to organize and prioritize Autonomy and teamwork orientation Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations and a good ability to work under pressures Requirements Degree / Trade: Preferably in technical, mechanical, or forestry discipline 5 years plus of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing environment Any other combination of training and relevant experience may be considered Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
