Role Description We are looking for a full-time Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team in Grand Falls, NB. This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial production equipment to keep our operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and responding to breakdowns. Qualifications Experience with industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Strong mechanical and electrical skills Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose equipment issues Diploma or certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or a related field Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Strong focus on workplace safety and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is an asset
