Sheet Metal Roofing Foreman Empire Roofing Corporation is looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Roofing Foreman to join our growing team in the GTA! For over 40 years, Empire Roofing Corporation has built a strong reputation for quality, safety, and teamwork. We primarily work with TPO flat roofing systems, one of the cleanest and most efficient roofing systems in the industry. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Sheet Metal Foreman who can oversee skilled crews while ensuring sheet metal installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise sheet metal roofing crews on commercial and industrial projects. Install and oversee the installation of sheet metal applications, including: Metal copings and cap flashings Metal cladding Metal roofing Flashings S-locks and standing seams Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications. Perform accurate site measurements and ensure materials are properly fabricated and installed. Coordinate daily work activities with crew members, project management, and other trades. Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Train, support, and mentor crew members while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Identify and resolve installation issues efficiently in the field. Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety, organization, and quality workmanship. What You Bring Minimum 5 years of experience in metal applications, including cap flashing, cladding, and metal roofing. Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial/industrial roofing environment. Hands-on experience installing Insulated Metal Panels, Aluminum Composite Panels, metal roofing, and metal cladding. Previous experience leading or supervising roofing crews is an asset. Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong site-measuring skills. Valid G driver's licence and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid Working at Heights Certification. Ability to work flexible hours and travel out of town as required. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Requirements
