We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in logistics and operations management. This role combines advanced data analysis with control tower oversight, offering a unique opportunity to drive supply chain strategy and performance. You will work closely with leadership to turn data into actionable insights and support real-time logistics coordination and decision-making.

Tasks

• Data Analysis
• Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from internal and external sources.
• Identify trends and insights to support strategic decisions.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Ensure data accuracy through regular validation and quality checks.
• Operational Oversight
• Monitor supply chain flows, address bottlenecks, and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain real-time tracking systems.
• Escalate issues (delays, discrepancies) and document logistics KPIs and improvements.
• Administrative & Strategic Support
• Prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
• Manage logistics documents (shipments, inventory, compliance).
• Support SOP development, process improvements, and general administrative tasks.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, ideally in logistics or supply chain.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with WMS, TMS, SAP, or other logistics systems is a plus.
• Typing speed of 40–60 words per minute.
