How You Will Contribute You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

More About This Role As part of the People Experience Team, the People Experience Advisor is responsible for the end-to-end people service delivery process. Working with the People Managers, Employees, People Leads, Centres of Excellence and the Shared Service Centre; to drive self-service and to optimize the employee experience across the ‘moments that matter.’ What you need to know about this position: High-Level Responsibilities People Experience Advisor
- Delivers on the moments that matter to employees and managers through the E2E Lifecyle of their employment.
- Delivers people practices in line with all local legal/regulatory frameworks (e.g., policy changes, compensation, change management, etc.).
- Continuously improves of the employee experience.
- Works in partnership with the shared service center to resolve escalations where local expertise is required.
- Actively participates in team meetings and squads.
- System Mastery – has an in-depth working knowledge of all HR systems and tools.
- Champions the employee experience and drives continuous improvement, process efficiency, solves problems using root cause analysis to continuously improve the employee experience and error proof processes.
- Develops and executes change management strategies.
- Partners with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Coaches and guides People Managers and Employees to use and benefit from self-service.
- Assists with Knowledge Portal navigation and policy interpretation
- Owner of the site Kiosk experience.
- Continuously improves the knowledge base to increase usage and improve employee experience.
- Co-lead of the Organization, Labour and/or Education & Training Pillars (IL6S)
- Time file submission for payroll.
- Attendance governance.
- Works with team to align policies and processes across locations.
- Ensures effective onboarding and orientation for new hires in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
- Responsible to resolve escalations where local expertise is required. Involving relevant internal and external partners as needed.
- Employee relations: including working with the Centers of Excellence, Compliance and Integrity team and completing investigations as needed.
- Provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or Related Field is required
- Human Resources generalist experience
- HR Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and experience working in HPWS, Lean Six Sigma or Total Productive Maintenance work systems, Time and Attendance system.
The expected base salary range for this position is CAD $64,600.00 to CAD $80,750.00 depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 6% with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements.
