Manage and coordinate spare parts orders, prepare accurate quotations by researching historical data and technical drawings, and handle procurement documentation. Coordinate order fulfillment and tracking while supporting senior staff with file organization and correspondence.

Logistics Assistant

Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international shipments, including the preparation of export declarations and compliance documentation. Maintain accurate shipment logs and manage the receiving process for project materials.

Mechanical Engineer
