Making Inclusion Real Aligned with Canada’s Barrier-Free 2040 vision, the Accessible Canada Act (ACA), and the Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP), the series connects local action to national inclusion goals. We focus on building real pathways—through skills, opportunity, and lived experience—so inclusion is not just discussed, but practiced.

The Coordinator will conduct participant intake and needs assessments to help persons with disabilities overcome barriers to employment and education. They are responsible for delivering community programs, building partnerships with local organizations, and maintaining accurate participant records.
